Add folder "+" button overlaps with folder switches.

I'd like to propose to put it below, as red mark on a screenshot:

We should at least display it on top of the checkboxes/switches.

As for changing the placement... We're using these buttons on other lists, so we should be careful to not create an inconsistency. On the other hand, 1) access to Create option in the menu is not that far away, 2) you don't create folders often. So, maybe we should just remove the button from folders list.

Or switches could be moved in front of items, maybe.
