Key trial is broken on Android 10 / API 29

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a device on Android 10 / API 29 (Tested with Samsung Galaxy S9+)
2. Find a relevant network.
3. Tap 'Test Keys' to recover the key for the selected network.
4. "Error trying to test the key" in the notification shade. \

I am pretty sure it's something to do with the changed APIs from API28 and lower to API29, as it works on my other devices (can't test on Android 9 though).
