  • Depending on the error, I might ask for the input files to reproduce the error.

The correct link is https://pophelper.com. In addition, I must add that this website will not be around for long. Also, it is limited to 100 hours per month and running an old version of the shiny app. Instead, I would recommend that you install and use the shiny app locally from here: https://github.com/royfrancis/pophelperShiny.
