- 6 cut - bite size medium green bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon fat
- 2 cups stewed tomatoes
- 3/4 cup cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese for top of peppers
Pre-cook peppers for 10 minutes in a steamer. Combine all of the ingredients and place ingredients in peppers. Place peppers in a baking dish and place remaining meat mixture in the bottom of the pan. Spread cheese over the meat in the peppers.
