First of all, thanks for this package! That how learned about Shiki and I fell in love with it 😃

I made a package to show a different approach: https://github.com/leafac/shiki-rehype

In particular, look at https://github.com/leafac/shiki-rehype#how-is-this-different-from-rehype-shiki

Would you like to merge, or do you prefer to keep things separate?
