Wasn't keen on Beatstep dials at the back or, as a consequence of having dials at the front, using it upside down
So...
Got a Beatstep cheap on eBay - advertised as used and faded - Cost £35/$42US including postage
Stripped it and sanded off the screenprint
Covered the holes for unused buttons (only Play and Stop are programmable anyway)
Then dunked it
Can now use it 'dials forward' and the absence of upside down text keeps my mild OCD at bay ;-)
