Introducing Inter Alia

I'd like to introduce Inter Alia, the derivative project that expands Inter to include Shavian alphabet glyphs and some other additions. It is currently available for testing.

In addition to Shavian glyphs, Inter Alia includes:

• old-style figures (text figures), because they work better with the unicameral Shavian alphabet
• refinements to some of Inter's International Phonetic Alphabet glyphs to make them more consistent with the latest version of Inter's Latin and Greek glyphs - a lot of Shavian users are interested in phonetics.

As part of this work, I have been getting to know the Inter glyphs quite well. I would be happy to contribute the refinements to existing Inter glyphs back to the main project if this is of interest.

I'll do my best to keep other aspects of Inter Alia consistent with Inter itself.
