On rtSocial settings page there's " * , # " symbol inconsistency #112

Issue description:
There's " # " after the active button title. If it is mandatory field it should be " * " instead of hash ( # )

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to rtSocial settings page options-general.php?page=rtsocial-options
  2. View active button title
