Activate tags

Activate tags by decommenting the following code in _config.yml :

#tag_archive:
#  type: liquid
#  path: /tags/

The tags will show up on the project pages. However, the issue is that when you click on a tag, posts by tag do not show up. This has to be fixed before re-activating tags.
