там инструкция на самом деле упрощается, т.к. оказалось что достаточно сертификата от letsencrypt, который работает изначально в certbot и инструкции упрощаются. Изменю и переработаю, когда найду время.

pacman -S shadowsocks-libev shadowsocks-v2ray-plugin certbot
sudo certbot certonly --standalone -d $MY_DOMAIN -m $EMAIL --agree-tos --non-interactive
