Adding ticket from current file is done with one click
When opening support case from file, ask if user wants to report problem at current master player or single track player position.
When trying to process file again, confirm that this will not interfere with open support tickets
When creating ticket, convert file privacy to unlisted if it is private or group (warn user)
When creating ticket, ask for category.
If category is problem with sound, show general recommendations (check file source type, check export recommendations, check general recommendations, check algorithms).
