Unable to install Poetry getting below error

'Current Python version (3.12.1) is not allowed by the project (>=3.8.1,<3.12,!=3.9.7).
Please change python executable via the "env use" command.'

make a virtual env and then install the packages mentioning the specific version of it, it will work fs
