Webhook on Gitlab failing

I am getting this error when I click Test button on the repo where I configured a webhook.

Hook executed successfully but returned HTTP 403 Ignoring pull request event from non-allowlisted repo ourdomain.com/group/myapp

I figured it out. It was the repo whitelist.
