Simple

pip install -r requires.txt

Complete
-------
pip install -r requirements.txt

If there are any problems try virtual environment, and this project has dependencies which make it available on windows only (which may be later changed by turing these features on/off) due to programs available on windows (may be wine can run those too) .
Python should be 32bit due to some requirements.
