What happened?

When running Komac v2.6.0 inside "Terminal Panel" of Visual Studio Code v1.95.2 (system setup), Komac frequently behave unexpectedly and unable to get Backspace or arrow-keys. It behaves like follows, where [A represents ↓ and [B represents ↑.

Force kill and restart the console session can sometime resolve it, but it will soon re-occur.
