New parse_descriptor_priv fuzztest isn't listed in CI #789

We added a fuzztest but didn't add it to our generated list of tests in CI. Fortunately CI has a check for this and is erroring out about it.

I think this is trivial to fix, but filing an issue in case I don't get to it today.
