Cargo leaves a Cargo.lock file behind #332

Is this a bug, or am I supposed to add Cargo.lock to .gitignore? When writing .gitignore, cargo new only writes /target to it.

Yes, closing as a dupe of #315. This is intentional, but needs some more documentation around it.
