Using js-sys crate in WASM

Hello! I'm exploring Conway's game of life tutorial and trying to implement random Universe generation. However, after inserting the

use js_sys::Math;

the command wasm-pack build successfully finishes building the pkg, but the webpage shows nothing. Also, there is no error that can help.

I have the js-sys cargo declared in the Cargo.toml.

I was trying to do the second exercise at the 4.4 chapter. I even took a look at the answer, but somehow it didn't work for me :(

I haven't done this tutorial but check the browser's logs to see if you are doing something wrong. I am pretty sure it's something pretty small that is making the program not running property. Also check the wasm_game_of_life repo and see if you are missing something
