Encountered this issue just now. Thanks for the update, I can kill the ScopedBookmarkAgent without s, then it works again.

I reinstalled RectLabelPro on a separate MacBook Pro running macOS Sonoma 14.7.2 (23H311), upgraded from macOS 13.

Then this problem reappeared again. There's no ScopedBookmarkAgent running,
Next, I upgraded to macOS 15.2, then I can see ScopedBookmarkAgent, security scoped bookmark URL works again.

It seems this issue is not fixed pre-macOS 15.

Similar problem is written here on RocketSimApp with github issue AvdLee/RocketSimApp#587

Maybe, the approach to create the bookmark in memory without security scope should resolve this issue, in case where getting the security scoped bookmark URL returns an error?
