roop doesn't work for me, it writes there is no connection.

i know nothing about coding and have almost zero skills at tech, and I'm trying to install Roop. After many attempts, I've finally been able to download it but now when I'm trying to use it writes:
connection erroed out

I would be more than grateful if anyone could guide me on what to do.
