Add "Rebuyable" option to gamepass

What can't you do?

I can't let the user know they've already bought a gamepass without making custom UI. And I have no idea how your UI works... seriously how does that work, I don't see any code for displaying the UI.

How would you like it to work?

I like that you can rebuy the gamepass, I think that's a good default. But I'd like an option to disable it and when it prompts them, it says "You already own this" etc.
