Improve tabs design

Currently, there are four different types of tabs, each with its own areas for improvement:

Tabs: These have no style and are not usable.
Tabs Bordered: The bottom border is wider than the text, which affects the visual balance.
Lifted: Users have reported that the contrast is poor, making it difficult to distinguish between tabs.
Boxed: There is an unspecified design issue that makes these tabs less visually appealing.
Enhancing these elements will significantly improve the user experience.

Additionally, it's not just my opinion that these tabs need improvement; user feedback also highlights these areas for enhancement.
