Segmentation of Multi-spectral (MS) Images

Applies to MS images of skin lesions taken in examination rooms, under inadequate lighting conditions.

setup.sh provides the necessary dependency packages.

Documentation file gives the theoretical background of the imaging setup, the machine learning techniques and the implementation details of the segmentation code.
