… trimMfovsWithNoConnectedTiles has been set to true and at least one tile in the z-layer MFOV is connected to something else, copy all tiles in the z-layer MFOV to the trim stack. Ultimately, this ensures that the trim stack does not contain any z-layer MFOVs that solely contain unconnected tiles.

Add support for new patch.trimMfovsWithNoConnectedTiles parameter. If trimMfovsWithNoConnectedTiles has been set to true and at least one tile in the z-layer MFOV is connected to something else, copy all tiles in the z-layer MFOV to the trim stack. Ultimately, this ensures that the trim stack does not contain any z-layer MFOVs that solely contain unconnected tiles.
