AggregateFlowFrames with custom markers

I saw in the function AggregateFlowFrames that if you use custom markers in the channels parameter, you will bump into the warning: "Files do not contain the same number of channels/markers. Zeros might have been imputed for missing values." This is due to the fact that the custom markers are not yet converted to channels with the GetChannels function before the diffNumberChannels check (line 288). This conversion only happens afterwards (line 304).
