Missing artifacts

On the following chains - Creator Chain Testnet (66665) and GameSwift Chain Testnet (10888), the safe-singleton-factory contract is deployed but the artifacts for it are missing from the repo

Found the same problem with Ozean Poseidon Testnet (7849306):

If there's no corresponding issue, the factory was included as a pre-deploy because deploying a factory requires signing a transaction.

If you need the deployment to be included in this package, please create a PR following instructions from the README for pre-deploy artifacts.

I am not sure I undertand you correctly but I am unable to create a PR with the needed artifacts, because I wasnt the one who deployed the safe-singleton-factory contract. What is pre-deploy?
