Mybuild language design: expressing configurations through composite modules

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Wouldn't it be better to use:
    module MyConfig { ... }
  or
    @Configuration module MyConfig { ... }

  instead of the current syntax:
    configuration { ... }

What goals would this enhancement help you to achieve?
Throwing out configfile (grammar, parser, model, linker, etc.).
