how salesforce converts lwc to plain html that renders in browser?

im working on a project where i need plain html to work with .Does anyone one know where the compilation from lwc to html takes place ? Thanks

LWC doesn't compile components into HTML, it compiles components into JavaScript, which is then executed to create the HTML at runtime. You can learn how the project works by reading our architecture doc.
