Using v3.1.7. This issue might be related to the new fix for #103, since the behavior worked in v3.1.6.
I often use Launchy to launch an app with additional arguments -- for example, chrome [tab] -incognito. This no longer works in 3.1.7: that sequence produces no visible effect. However, when I next bring up Launchy and start typing chr, I see that there is now an explicit entry in the history list for chrome -> incognito, and selecting that entry does open Chrome in incognito mode.

I just tested this and the same issue occurs on my pc.
With a chrome shortcut in the index, typing chrome, hit tab on the right entry (the lnk file) and adding the extension -incognito, the browser does not launch at all.
