UFLDL

This is the solution of Andrew's 'Unsupervised Feature Learning and Deep Learning'.
I mainly copyed the code from https://github.com/danluu/UFLDL-tutorial, and then rearrange it.

Questions:

1. Why not use the bias in softmax
