Half CAN baudrate when running CANSender.ino example on ESP-WROVER-IE modules

Hello everyone,

I recently discovered an issue: when I used arduino-CAN library to send message over CAN bus using two different ESP32 modules:

1. ESP-WROOM-32 (Chip ID ESP32-D0WDQ6) // sends the CAN messages at correct baud rate
2. ESP-WROVER-IE (Chip ID ESP32-D0WD-V3) // sends the CAN messages at half baud rate

To test this issue i ran example: CANSender.ino

Actual baudrate at which this library sends the messages over CAN bus has half the badrate configured through CAN.begin function when programmed on ESP32-WROVER-IE module.

Can someone help test this issue?
