Window disappears when starting in new physical screen settings

Thanks for your great GUI!
I am using a laptop and always using different external monitors. When changing the monitor, loading the old ui_state configuration makes the window disappear because left or top is out of the new bound. Some checking of the position and the physical screen will fix it.
