distBVH currently relies on a branched version of vt package:

distBVH/cuda11.4.3-gcc9.4-x64.dockerfile

           RUN cd /opt/src/ci-images/spack-repos && git clone --depth 1 --branch "16-external-fmt" https://github.com/DARMA-tasking/spack-package.git vt

Change this to master once DARMA-tasking/spack-package#17 is merged.
