And quite possibly this should be enabled by default, lest no one will ever discover it or learn that someone wrote back about their app.

There is a valid question of how someone should be able to respond or reply to a commenter, somehow, at some point. I saw one comment on an app I published that's, as far as I know, inaccurate. While I don't really expect to respond visibly on the store page, I'd at least like a handy way to send the commenter an answer or clarification that they'd get by email?
