Empty market can hang on "Loading..."

I blame @paulproteus because this is likely caused by: 5baa0a1

Looks like @jparyani JUST pushed TTRSS into the Experimental page, but when that's not there, the Experimental market hangs on "Loading..." because there are not apps.

Yeah - agreed. I thought that 0 apps would never occur in reality, but I now see that it can occur in reality. I'll self-assign to indicate that I aim to fix this in the next two weeks.

De-assigning to state the truth that I haven't fixed this yet, and it's not urgently on my radar. I hope to fix it soon, though.
