DPL-404 As GSU (Alan K) I would like to mark the incorrectly uploaded Randox plate maps with incorrect Root_Sample_IDs as consent withdrawn so that CoTrack reporting will ignore them.

A data fix requested by PAM, first priority from this list.
Description
Randox uploaded incorrect plate maps in June 2021. As such the root sample ID associated with these samples is incorrect.
Ideally these should be marked as withdrawn in the MLWH database (lighthouse_sample table). They should also be dealt with in the MongoDB and any other databases/tables they may appear in (the MLWH sample table, SequenceScape, Events Warehouse).
The incorrect IDs can be requested from Alan K.
There is a chance these samples were picked and sequenced, and if so it may be needed to get NPG involved. This samples should not be removed, instead we will set the flag for consent withdrawn
