User story
As a staff scientist (Matt M) I would like to have a separate pipeline for the BGE project. This pipeline is a copy of High Throughput PCR Free 96 & High Throughput PCR Free 96 MX & ISC & ISC MX. The BGE project is currently going through the pipelines listed but it now requires a bespoke pipeline as volume ramps up. (see pipelines referencing 'BGE' library type for existing implementation)

Who are the primary contacts for this story
Matt M, Sara W, Liz C, Katy T, Ben T

Who is the nominated tester for UAT
Matt M, Sara W, Liz C

Acceptance criteria
To be considered successful the solution must allow:

  • Add new pipeline config for BGE pipeline using the finalised pipeline diagram
  • Create new purposes for BGE pipeline using the finalised pipeline diagram (in additional context)
  • Create required export files for BGE pipeline - e.g. concentration files or robot driver files. (these are the same as the existing files using in the copied pipelines above).
  • Create bed verifications for BGE pipeline using the finalised pipeline diagram.
  • Create integration suite test for the new pipeline.
  • Setup automated BGE isc submission for the BGE pipeline on creation of the 'BGE Lib XP 2' plate. This should have the same project/study as the initial submissions.

Proposed pipelines:
(Manual) Initial BGE submission:

  1. BGE PCR Free library prep
  2. BGE PCR Free multiplexing

(Automated) submission on (BGE Lib XP2)
3. BGE Transition (A small pipeline to move from PCR Free to ISC)

(Manual) BGE ISC submission:
5. BGE ISC
6. BGE ISC MX

Note this story does not include the final pool blending, that is covered in a related story below.

Setup automated BGE isc submission for the BGE pipeline on creation of the 'BGE Lib XP 2' plate

--> Setup automated BGE 'transition' submission ...?

The proper ISC one is manual, right?
