Description
According to the email Sequencing Operations Weekly Update w/c 18th November, the CLCM pipeline is reaching retirement.

Research is required to discover:

  • What direct configs are used to support CLCM and how this can be deprecated.
  • What code is used solely by CLCM in both Limber and Sequencescape and how it can be removed.

Acceptance Criteria
The following outputs from the research are produced:

  • CLCM configs to deprecated
    • Proposed method of deprecation (deletion/wip-flag/other)
  • A summary of files/modules/functions/api-endpoints used solely for CLCM, with initial suggestions of how they could be removed:
    • In Limber
    • In Sequencescape
