Describe the Housekeeping
As developers we need to remove the Saphyr tables and data as it is being sunsetted:

Create a migration to remove the following tables:

• saphyr_chips
• saphyr_enzymes
• saphyr_flowcells
• saphyr_libraries
• saphyr_requests
• saphyr_runs
• run the migrations and check whether all tests pass
• follow up story to remove migrations. We can only do this once we have a new mgiration.
• create a Fresh Service ticket to move Saphyr data to tape before running on production.
