As part of the PacBio library batch creation process, users need to upload a CSV file to create libraries. To enhance the user experience and minimize errors, the system should provide clear instructions on the page. Additionally, offering an option to download a CSV template would be helpful.

Acceptance criteria

• The 'Source' field provided must be available in Traction.

2. Download link

• A download link to download the a pre-formatted CSV template. This template should include placeholders or example data to guide users in preparing their files correctly.
