User story

As a long read user (Michelle) I would like to use the sample name rather than the source barcode as this would make it easier for us to do the library batch creation as we do not need to convert dashes for the well location

Consider if these features can be featured flagged to decouple testing and deployment.
To be considered successful the solution must allow:

  • The 'Source' column in the CSV file should use sample name instead of source barcode
  • An error should be displayed for invalid sources, duplicated samples
  • The Create Libraries functionality should support library creation using sample names
