Adding lower and upper cutoff for bond_mat

Hi,
Thanks for developing this package. I found it really interesting to play around and create some toy models. This is not an issue but a question to setup the upper and lower bonding cutoffs for creating the bond matrix. I can see that you have set the upper limit. Would it be possible to add a lower limit?
