Enable searching with a different tree search engine on the final alignment (use case="fastree during SATe followed by more thorough search on final alignment with RAxML")

This has been implemented as the --raxml-search-after option.
It should be made for flexible (to allow other tree estimators to be used as the post-processing estimator), but this covers the most common use case.
