Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In many other language servers, hovers are rich, containing fields and types.
Metals only seems to show the name of the case class

Describe the solution you'd like

Listing all the fields of the case class

Describe alternatives you've considered

Here is how Gopls and Rust analyzer do it
