Hi, I tried using Gamepad Phoenix to fix an issue with the game Alias (https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Alias). When using a Dualshock 4, it has the problem of triggers acting as Z-rotation making gameplay impossible natively. The game has a main EXE which calls a configuration exe when setting up controls (it can be run separately). The configuration exe seems to be running dinput When using Gamepad Phoenix, the logs show an attempt to call dinput but then the configuration app freezes and I cannot proceed. I tried this both with no launch game options set and with the dinput map triggers to buttons option set. The gamepad is working fine on the controller 1 profile (although attempting to set the controls using Assign all has the triggers going to rotation issue, mapping buttons 1 by 1 is fine).
I tried using another tool, Xidi (latest version 4.2.0), with similar results except it reaches the controller configuration screen when injecting dinput.dll and/or winmm.dll (not dinput8.dll).
I would be most grateful if this issue can be fixed and would love to provide any additional information that might help.
