wii remote wont connect

so i have a issue here are the pictures below of the issue basically i click sync on my wiimote it seems to find it but then after installing it still says searching for wiimote and the lights on my remote are still flashing and yes as ive gotten from multiple comments from each issue he has tested it on 3 computers and it works fine for him but this is a issue im having no as im aware i dont have any other software that connects to wii remotes i have dolphin emulator but to my knowledge that only works if the emulator is on which it is not i really need help please if anyone knows what could possibly be causing this please let me know
edit: and yes i tried to see if it was just a glitch and the controller is just connected it isnt it doesnt work at all
another edit: also yes i am running it in admin ive also tried running it out of admin nothing works
