Gnome 3.22 inconsistent behavior

Thanks for making the effort and writing such a convenient extension.

I have tried this on Gnome 3.22.2 but get inconsistent behavior. With a clean desktop the keyboard usually appear with a swipe, but sometimes not. Ideas why that can be?

The keyboard also does not appear for maximized windows (otherwise, same behavior as the clean desktop). Thought this might be related to the Pixel Saver extension I use, but disabling that gave the same behavior.

Any ideas or pointers?

This must be something on your desktop. Because I'm running the extension on 3.22 on Debian, perfectly fine.

Do you have anything in the logs, when you swipe and the keyboard doesn't show ?
And which (soft) keyboard are you using ?
