Spike: Connection to sony c and ams 2 is not working

Summary

Miranda noticed the connection to sony ci and ams 2 is not working

This has to do with AMS2's ability to pick up Ci IDs from the Sony Ci -- it used to be that when files were uploaded into Sony Ci, the AMS2 (via the webhook) would automatically put the Ci ID in the record, but that function (and even clicking on the "find all Sony files matching __" button) hasn't worked for a little while now

Acceptance Criteria

• Check if this has been resolved by Fixes Sony Ci Webhook endpoint WGBH-MLA/ams#827
• The reason this is happening is identified and follow up tickets are created
