Adding credit info leads to "check logs" page

Describe the bug
When I try to manually add credit info to an existing record through the "Edit" button, it leads me to a "Check logs" page and doesn't add the credit to the record.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any record.
2. Click on "Edit"
3. Scroll down to the contribution section
4. Add a contribution
5. Hit "Save"
6. See error (the "check logs" page)

Expected behavior
I had expected the credit info to save to the record page.
