now that we have a handful of people uploading works daily to Hyku RIM tenant - we are getting a lot of errors. They try to save their work and get taken to that page that says the thing doesnt exist. This is really not great. They are not able to create a work and they are doing this as part of their graduation requirements.
I still regularly get that white page lingering before the site loads when i go to the site, it seems like that could be related. Like the whole thing has problems loading.
Notes from first look
I did make two works in the RIM tenant: 1 in Firefox and 1 in Safari. Both to the test AdminSet and both with PDF files. Both succeeded without issue. I would try depositing into the other admin sets next to see if that makes a difference
Not sure if the overall issue where I get the white error page saying the page isnt there is related to this but it continues to happen regularly.
Also just clicked the activate button for an account and got an error message saying the account could not be activated. Then refreshed the page and it was in fact activated.
